Bogue
The Network Analyst extension uses a geodesic distance instead of a planar distance if the coordinate system is a Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere and there is only one cost attribute which uses the Shape field.

It is by design that we use geodesic distance instead of the planar distance when computing the distance based on the shape field. You can compute an additional field (e.g., Meters) to hold a different cost value if you want the distance based on a different formula.Solution de contournement
