The Nearby template in ArcGIS Instant Apps in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 has bugged User Interfaces (UIs) when selecting features. The Information button is off-center, the categories or layer names are not displayed when the results are grouped, the pop-up titles are blank, and the 'Clear search location' button has no background.
