Bogue
The MXD layers and basemap options are not displayed in the 'MXD to WebMap' tool after signing in to Portal for ArcGIS 10.5.1 from ArcMap.

1. Open a new session of ArcMap.2. Do not sign in to Portal from File > Sign-in option (direct sign-in).3. Instead launch the MXD to WebMap tool. 4. Set an input MXD File. 5. Sign-in to Portal from the Authentication tab in the tool. 6.
