The issue is non-reproducible in version ArcGIS Pro 2.9.Solution de contournement
- Use the Export to CAD geoprocessing tool in ArcGIS Pro.
- Use the original workflow and define the projection.
- Zoom to Paris and move to display the DWG.
Note: The georeferencing works correctly.
