This issue will not be addressed. If the issue persists in a supported release, contact Technical Support. The sketching workflows are achievable with new GeometryEditor, without having to manage the mouse move events. It is recommended to upgrade to the latest version of ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET. Refer to https://developers.arcgis.com/net/release-notes for more information on the latest version of ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET.
