Bogue
The Military Tools do not work when accessing from the Analysis tab Military Tools dropdown when Military Tools for ArcGIS 3.3 is installed on ArcGIS Pro 2.3.

There is a patch released to address this issue. Please have the user install and use Military Tools for ArcGIS 3.3.1. This is available from the solutions website, http://solutions.arcgis.com/defense/help/military-tools/. User needs to uninstall any previous versions of Military Tools prior to installing version 3.3.1. There is a known issue with core that the assembly cache folder does not get updated when installing a new version which is why an uninstall or install is required.Solution de contournement
Install the Python module and do either one of the following options:- Search for the Military Tools in the geoprocessing pane.
- Navigate to the following folder and rename the Military%20Tools.pyt to Military Tools.pyt: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\ESRI\ArcGISPro\AssemblyCache\{bea7f059-c69e-4e17-84bd-072236629c0c}\toolboxes\
