The Map Production System (MPS) app fails to generate annotation features.

Solution de contournement

Fix this issue by updating the JSON file.

1. Copy the new JSON file to the directory of the server in c:\Users\Public\Documents\ArcGIS Defense Mapping\Product Files\10.9.1\ReferenceData\ProductDefinitions.
2. Access ArcGIS Server Manager and select the MTM service.
3. Navigate to Capabilities, and highlight the Topographic Production service.
4. Ensure the auto-update products function is enabled under Properties.
5. Save and restart the service. The new JSON file is imported to the service. In the new JSON file, the annotation for the basemap is moved to before the building offset and bridge offset.
