Bogue
The limit of 2000 features is applied on the polygon and the polyline feature layers when sharing 3D layers as a web scene from ArcGIS Pro to Portal for ArcGIS 10.5.1.

When sharing a point layer from ArcGIS Pro within the 3D category a point scene layer is created. Scene layers are designed to share large amount of 3D content. As a workaround, the polygon or polyline features can be converted to a multipatch data using the 3D To Feature Class tool, then share as a web scene.However, this workflow is inconvenient for the users as conversion could take a long time when the feature set is large.Étapes pour reproduire
