Bogue
The legend, graphics, and dynamic text do not retain the font set under Project > Options > 'Text and Graphics'. The font reverts to the default.

The Default Font option is used in cases where new text symbols are created, in cases such as new label classes and text symbol style items. In order to change the default font for layout elements such as table frames and legends, users need to create and set that style in the Text symbol option under the Default Graphic Element Symbols section of the Text and Graphics tab of the Options dialog.Solution de contournement
Saving the style from the Element pane helps to preserve the font.
