The Layer List widget does not update the legend on the toggle of the sublayers.

This is fixed as part of the ENH-000092811.Solution de contournement
- Refresh the Layer List widget on the toggle event.- Add the event in the code. Although, this behaviour is not by default with the Layer List widget.- Refresh the Layer List widget on the Load event, however this causes all the legends to disappear.Étapes pour reproduire
