The issue is data-specific, 500+ works on sample data.Solution de contournement
- Open the .csv file in Microsoft Excel.
- Manually pare down the number of fields to 500 or less.
- Open a new map in ArcGIS Online.
- Click Add > Add Layer from File.
- Add a zipped polygon shapefile and a .csv file with 600 fields or more.
- Click Analysis > Summarize Data > Join Features.
- Select the .csv file as a target layer, and polygon shapefile as a layer to join to the target layer.
- Select the Completely within option under Choose a spatial relationship.
- Click Run Analysis.
- The Join Features tool runs as expected.
