The default font for this type of report is Century Schoolbook, which does not support Japanese characters. Creating a report and bringing up the report to viewer, results on only seeing the snapshot of the report. The report is not actually generated until users export the report, which is why the characters can be seen in the viewer but not in the PDF. Exporting the report using a supported font, such as SimSun, the generated PDF has the Japanese characters.Étapes pour reproduire
