The internal URL (AdminURL) for ArcGIS Server is exposed in the Web Feature Service (WFS) GetCapabilities file when publishing the WFS as referenced.

These properties can be set by the user when publishing from ArcGIS Pro, or by editing them via ArcGIS Server Manager or the service properties in the REST admin API after publishing. The URL value referred to in the screenshot corresponds to the 'Online resource' and Namespace properties on the Web Feature Service (WFS) configuration page in ArcGIS Server Manager (click the service name, select Capabilities, then select WFS to view WFS configuration properties). If using the REST admin API to edit service properties, modify the onlineResource and appSchemaURI properties.
