The imagery layer used as a basemap in ArcGIS Experience Builder shows pop-ups even though pop-ups are disabled in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.

Solution de contournement

• Use the layers by adding the layers directly as layers from the ‘Add layer from URL’ option. 

• Keep the Esri default basemap beneath the layers as a basemap and keep the visibility disabled for the basemap.

• Save the web map and create a new experience.

The imagery layer used as a basemap in ArcGIS Experience Builder works fine without the issue persisting.
