The IDW, Spline, and Trend tools result in a syntax error when selecting specific field names for the z-value field.

This appears to affect all the Spatial Analyst tools that take feature input, viz., Density and Interpolation tools.

Solution de contournement

Rename the field with an added underscore to the end, or to a new name, and run the tool again.
