Solution de contournement

Make the input datasets obtain the same extent values by setting the data frame to the coordinate system of the dataset containing the desired extent, right-clicking the layer for the input dataset that needs to be changed, then selecting Data > Export Data and specifying the coordinate system of the data frame. Perform the analysis on the exported dataset.
