The Graphics contextual tab sometimes does not appear when a map frame that contains graphics layers is activated.

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.Solution de contournement
Add a new graphics layer to the map. The Graphics contextual tab now appears in the activated map frame, even if the new graphics layer is removed. This workaround is temporary and does not persist after the project is saved, closed, and reopened.
