Apart from those explicitly listed, the patch targets correctness and performance optimizations for branch versioned data, with an emphasis on enhancing quality and performance. It is recommended for all customers using branch versioning and ArcGIS Server 11.5, 11.3, and 11.1. The ArcGIS Server Data Management 2026 Update 1 Patch is cumulative and includes all fixes from earlier Utility Network and Data Management patches.
