Bogue
The getCount() method fails to retrieve a number of related records for a specific table in the ArcGIS Survey123 feature report when there are several relationship classes based on the same field that loop through more than two layers or tables.

Solution de contournement
Removing the dependencies of the relationships by removing the relationship between the 'Intakes' layer and the 'Draws' table resolves the issue.
