Geometries with curves are not currently supported in the ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET. Support for curves is on the roadmap for a future release. As an interim workaround, users can use the Densify geoprocessing tool to remove arc segments and curves from the data which is intended to be used in the ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET.
