The ArcGIS\Pro\Resources\ProjectTemplates folder has not been used by any part of the ArcGIS Pro UI since version 2.3. Therefore, it has not been part of any training materials associated with ArcGIS Pro since that time. This is not intended to be leveraged by customers. Beginning with ArcGIS Pro 2.4, the system templates that appear on the start page (Map, Catalog, Local Scene, and Global Scene) have not been based on any files that may or may not exist in the ArcGIS\Pro\Resources\ProjectTemplates folder or any other folder or files provided with the setup. The list of templates that are provided by default is predefined in code, is not dependent on a set of system-provided APTX files, and is not customizable. The only reason the folder and files provided with the setup are not removed until ArcGIS Pro version 3.0 is that some of the ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET samples were written to leverage the APTX files provided in the setup, and those samples fail to compile when attempting to remove the path from the setup in ArcGIS Pro version 2.4. This is perceived as a breaking change in the .NET SDK. Therefore, it is not possible to remove the folder from the setup until ArcGIS Pro 3.0. The folder or files are not to be put back into the setup as they have no purpose.Étapes pour reproduire
