Bogue
The field order remains unchanged while defining the fields for a hosted view even though the fields are reordered from the configure pop-up for the parent hosted feature service.

There is currently no way to change the field order and have those changes carried down from the parent to its views. The order configurations made via 'configure Pop-Up' don't change the data itself but are instead attached to the individual item for display purposes (except for domain and alias changes - only these are propagated through to the service, which is why we see the new field alias reflected in the views). The best option is to either manually re-order each view using the workflow already stated (configure Pop-Up), or to re-order the parent fields first and then create the views off of that (new views will retain the field order specified in the parent).Solution de contournement
Scroll through the list of all the fields, and select the desired field to display in the hosted view.
