Shapefile/dBase files have a limitation on field lenght of 10 characters. The input field names have to be truncated due to the limitations of that data format.Solution de contournement
- In ArcMap, use temporary or permanent join and export to shapefile or feature class.
- In ArcGIS Pro, export to a feature class in a geodatabase using permanent or temporary join.
- When exporting to shapefile, use a permanent join instead of temporary join.
