Bogue
The feature class in ArcGIS Pro 2.6.3 is unable to create a feature when the following is observed: 1. Created from a hosted feature layer with a default value in the Date field. 2. Exported to a file geodatabase where the Editor Tracking is turned on and off. 3. Subsequently published to ArcGIS Online. 4. Exported to a file geodatabase again.
