Bogue
The Extract Data tool fails when selecting 'All records' for a many-to-many (M:N) relationship.

Solution de contournement
If all the records are needed, extract the full extent of the data and accept the default of 'Extract related data'. When these choices are made, the attributed relationship option remains as 'Schema Only' in addition to the related table, which also remains as 'Schema Only'.
The records of 'Extract related data' are stored in the attributed many-to-many (M:N) table and the related table are both to be extracted.
