The Extract by Mask tool fails and returns the following error message with the National Agriculture Imagery Program (NAIP) image service in ArcMap 10.8.2, "Error 999999: Error executing function".

Issue was non reproducible using the specified input AGOL NAIP image Service raster and a polygon feature class that was created for the mask. ExtractByMask ran successfully with ArcGIS Desktop version 10.8.2 as well with latest version of ArcGIS Pro . No feature data was provided, so this may be data specific. Consider all other environments such as cellsize, extent and spatial reference when running the tool. If failing with the input featureclass mask as a workaround try to convert the feature to raster setting snapraster, cellsize and spatial reference the same as the input raster. Note the NAIP data service currentversion is 10.6.1 at this time.
