Bogue
The extent of a hosted feature layer, with a custom spatial reference of NAD_1983_86_Adj_MN_Ramsey_Feet, is not retained in the ArcGIS Hub site after overwriting the web layer from ArcGIS Pro.

- In ArcGIS Online, click the Settings tab of the hosted feature layer on the item details page.
- Click Edit Extent.
- Draw the extent of St. Paul, MN to change the extent back to St. Paul, MN.
