Bogue
The ExportWebMap specification documentation for ArcGIS Server lists "baseMap" as an array at the top of the documentation when it is an object.

Use "baseMap" as an object rather than an array. It is the correct configuration despite the misleading error with the top of the page listing "baseMap" as an array.
