Unable to reproduce this error in recent versions of ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro. The cross-validation results are for all features of the XY Event Layer. Use Cross Validation in Geostatistical Analyst toolset to export cross-validation statistics.

Create feature classes instead of using the XY Event Layer directly.
