The Export To CAD tool returns different results at ArcGIS 10.4.1 for Desktop compared with ArcGIS 10.3 for Desktop when the input feature's fields are added using the Add CAD Fields tool.

Use the Add Field tool instead of the Add CAD Fields tool prior to running the Export To CAD tool.
