Bogue
The error messages “Either feature-layer.url or feature-layer.portalItemId is required” and “The portal item ID null provided for feature layer could not be reached” are returned when trying to run the real-time analytics (hosted) ArcGIS Velocity flow deployed with the Watch Center solution.
