Bogue
The error message, "Unable to complete operation. Rowbuffer creation failed. A requested row object could not be located" is returned when applying edits in the REST endpoint for a table created in SAP HANA after registering it with the geodatabase.

Solution de contournement
Restart ArcGIS Server to fix this issue for a time, but the problem occurs intermittently afterwards.
