Bogue
The error message "They layer, <layer>, did not draw completely." is returned in Portal for ArcGIS when displaying a hosted feature layer with many features. However, the same amount of data displays without error in ArcGIS Online.

This limitation is not addressed within the Map Viewer Classic (based on the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 3.x) in both ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online. Originally introduced in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1, the new Map Viewer (based on the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 4.x) greatly improves the drawing and performance of datasets with many features. For those that may require the Map Viewer Classic, it is recommended to continue utilizing the workaround specified.Solution de contournement
- Navigate to the ArcGIS Server Administrator endpoint and log in with administrator credentials.
- Click Services > Hosted > <serviceName> > Edit.
- Change 'maxRecordCountFactor' to a higher value.
- Save the changes and restart the service.
