This is a server side bug in the getUser function when executed in an asynchronous applyEdits operation, which ArcGIS Pro uses when editing a large number of features (1,000 or more). The team is working on a server side fix to address this issue. As a workaround, edit fewer than 1,000 features at a time so that the client uses the classic synchronous applyEdits. The same failure occurs in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.2, but the error from the asynchronous applyEdits operation does not display correctly because of a separate issue that is resolved in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.3.Solution de contournement
