Bogue
The error message, "ERROR 160277: The row contains a bad value" is returned when using the Overlay Route Events tool in ArcGIS Pro 3x when a layer contains a Guid field.

Solution de contournement
- Open either the input or overlay event table and delete the fields with a Guid data type. Then, run the Overlay Route Events tool.
- Uncheck the 'Include all fields from input' option when running the Overlay Route Events tool to remove all fields and only keep the ObjectID and Route Event fields.
- Use ArcGIS Pro 2x or ArcMap 10.8x.
