In the KML item details page > Settings tab, change the URL of the KML item to an org-specific URL. For example: From: https://www.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/4a178f20be364410b714830928afac70/data to https://ess.maps.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/4a178f20be364410b714830928afac70/data
