Bogue

Solution de contournement
- Download the hosted feature layer as a file geodatabase (FGDB) from the Portal for ArcGIS 11.3 and remove the attachments and the relationship class from the data.
- Reconfigure the layer and publish it as a new hosted feature layer.
- Successfully add in ArcGIS Pro.
- Reconfigure the layer in the surveys, web maps and web applications associated with the ROW Permitting Solutions.
