Bogue
The Enrich Layer and Enrich tools do not populate polygons with the correct values for Tapestry variables, resulting in blank values while still creating fields.

When using the Enrich Layer tool to enrich Tapestry data, the data is apportioned down to the census block group level. However, the provided parcel boundaries are too small for accurate enrichment.
