The Enable Network Topology (Utility Network) tool does not generate errors for multipart features.

Solution de contournement

• Run the Explode tool to turn the multipart feature into three separate features, then delete the overlapping segment and merge the disconnected segments. 
• Delete the line and recreate it.

Note: However, both of the workarounds cause the line to be disconnected from the network.
