The Edit widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder does not return related records unless there is a relationship between a feature layer and a table.

This is not reproducible in the ArcGIS Online December 2021 release (v9.4).Solution de contournement
The related information always populates even between two feature layers, when there is a relationship to a table. If the user creates a relationship class from layer B and the table, all of the related information is populated in the Edit widget when trying to edit layer B with the Edit widget in the web app.
