Solution de contournement

For the kelp or seaweed symbol: Make a backup copy of mil2525d.stylx. Run sqlite3 on mil2525d.stylx. Run the following update query: UPDATE ITEMS SET CONTENT = (SELECT CONTENT FROM ITEMS WHERE Key = '46120506') WHERE Key = '46120506_C'; Restart the ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Java app. 10004600001205060000 displays properly now as a single piece of seaweed.
