Bogue
The definition query in ArcGIS Pro version 2.8x does not display all values in the selected field when the data type is Text or Double.

- In the definition query, click 'New definition query'.
- Select the field and enable SQL.
- In the query box, type in the value, and click Apply.
- Click OK.
