Duplicate of BUG-000091912: This bug has been addressed in Pro 2.1 and will be addressed soon in Desktop 10.6. As a work round in 10.5.1, instead of using comma as decimal separator, period as decimal separator can be set up through Control Panel > Change date, time, or number formats > Formats tab, additional settings , then change the comma symbol to period as the decimal symbol
