Bogue
The custom-published printing service fails when retrieving layout templates info if the Service Layer Credits are included on the layout, using a specific ArcGIS Enterprise configuration.

The issue is not observed when the ArcGIS Server service is running as a local user rather than a domain user. For this workaround, the same local user with the same password needs to be created on the share machine and configured on both ArcGIS Server machines with Configure ArcGIS Server Account.
If the Service Layer Credits dynamic text is not included on the layout and the user republishes the print service, the Get Layout Templates Info service works as expected, even if the domain account is left as the Windows Service run-as user.
