The custom buffer widget used interactively in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS does not create the correct output distance.

Solution de contournement

The tool is actually come out with the expected distance if buffered over an existing point within the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS application. Configuring the Geoprocessing widget to be not interactive means to set it up as selecting the layer from the map. The tool buffers whatever the distance parameter is set to before the tool is run.
