- Go to the Creative Commons website (https://creativecommons.org/choose/) to set up the license.
- <a rel="license" href="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/"><img alt="Creative Commons License" style="border-width:0" src="https://i.creativecommons.org/l/by-nc-nd/4.0/88x31.png" /></a><br />This work is licensed under a <a rel="license" href="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/">Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License</a>.
- In ArcGIS Online, in the Content folder, select a feature layer to use the Creative Commons license.
- Go to the item description page of the feature layer.
- Edit the Description field.
- Click the HTML icon, and paste the HTML code in the dialog box.
- Click the HTML icon again to view the Creative Commons license, and click Save.
In ArcGIS Hub, the Creative Commons license is displayed in large letters with the link and name of the Creative Commons license used.
