This issue can be reproduced in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.2 using IMD data. ArcGIS Pro 3.0 works cell using same test data. Please try in ArcGIS Pro 3.0Solution de contournement
Apply the digital elevation model (DEM) correction to the raster function chain for the IMD. To access this, right-click the layer and click Edit Function Chain. Also, loading the .TIL file associated with the raster product into the tool successfully corrects the image.
