ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026. - Create the view from the relational database management system (RDBMS) side. - Right-click the database connection in ArcCatalog > New > View. - Create the view using ArcSDESQLExecute.
