The Copy Raster tool does not ignore ignored cells when it is set to ignore background values.

The "background" in this particular tool is determined by scanning the image from 4 direction of the image (left to right, right to left, up to down, down to up), then removing the "background" pixel value set in the tool until it hits a "non-background" value, all the remaining pixels are untouched. With this rule, the result is expected.Solution de contournement
