Bogue
The Compare configurable app can only share up to two maps or scenes while the Compare Analysis (mature) configurable app can share up to four maps.

The Compare app is designed to display two maps, not four. If users benefit from comparing four maps in the Compare app, this idea can be logged as an enhancement through Esri Technical Support or the Ideas page in the following link, https://community.esri.com/community/arcgis-ideas/content.Solution de contournement
Although Compare Analysis is not accessible through Using Template, it is possible to go through its Item Description.
- Navigate to the Compare Analysis (Mature) page.
- Ensure to be signed into ArcGIS Online.
- Click on Create a Web App from that page.
